File Format Requirement


Output requirement:
100 -300 dpi, CMYK actual size, pdf, tiff, or jpg file.
A4, A3, A2 size etc …., Actual size 250 -300 dpi,
Roll-up and Pop-up Display System output: 120 -150 dpi (actual size preferable)
Outdoor Vinyl output: 72 dpi-100 dpi, CMYK actual size, tiff or jpg file.
Duratrans and Epson 2880 dpi output: 150-300 dpi, sRGB, Adobe RGB or CMYK actual size, pdf, tiff or jpg file.

Remarks


  • Client should provide tiff, jpg or pdf file for output purpose. For those provides Ai (Adobe Illustrator) file should create outline beforehand, otherwise an additional charge of $20 will be incurred.
  • The minimum charge is $200/job. No charge will be rendered for basic packaging. Upon client’s special request for individual packing, the 6th pack will be charged at $10/pack and onwards.
  • Prior quote is required for Door to Door delivery service. However, light-weight items could be hand-over at MTR Exit D. (Too heavy or large item will render extra charges).
  • Die-cutting charge for foam-board and 1-5mm PVC cardboard will surcharge by 20%-50% on contract sum. For edge wrap-up service on foam-board and PVC cardboard, 20% surcharge will be rendered on the contract sum base on the total output dimension.
  • Special quote is required for output under A3 size or small label output.
  • Pre-production color-proofing charge: A3 size, $50. Min charge $100 (Include courier charge for urban area). However, we will reserve the right to reject the color-proofing procedure for the contract sum which is under $1,000.
  • Sticker mounting for retail outlet, shopping mall and office, please call us for quotation with all details which include mounting dimension, time and photo for mounting location/position. On-site measuring charge for pre-production: $300-$500/job. This charge would be deducted from contract sum on completion.
  • One-time free installation for Pop-up Display System within our working hour (9:30 am – 6:30 pm), Installation charge of $600 will be incurred on non-office hour.
  • Order cut-off time is 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri), normal production time is 2 working days (i.e. if you place your order before 5:00 pm, then goods will be ready by the day after tomorrow.). Large order is subject to negotiation and arrangement. Speed-up order delivers within 2 hours will subject to 100% surcharge. Speed-up order delivers within 8 hours and/or on the same day will subject to 50% surcharge.
  • (Apply to critical circumstances) For output production, if client cannot provide the output file within the pre-agreed deadline and the delivery date cannot be postponed., we reserve the right to cancel the order and will not liable for its consequence that may arise. Urgent charge will normally set at 20%-50% on contract sum. However, if the job levered on Saturday afternoon, Sunday or Public Holiday, a surcharge of 50%-100% on contract sum will be levered as over-time work compensation.
  • For Hotel or shopping mall installation, if the job should be finished before 9:00 am and/or should be commenced work after 10:00 pm., in either case, $600 surcharge will be incurred for abnormal duty. Holiday duty will subject to negotiation and supersede all previous quotation.
  • Standard terms of payment should be made within seven (7) days after goods delivery unless prior specified. We reserve the right to explain all terms of payments and change of our price list from time to time at our own discretion without prior notice.
